Located next door to The Happy Place, The White House has an open concept kitchen and living area.
The large island with barstools invites your family and friends to share cooking experiences, while the living room’s sofa, cozy chairs and smart TV make the area a wonderful place to gather.
You'll enjoy a plush king size bed in the main bedroom and en suite bathroom which has a gas fireplace for added ambiance.
The rainfall shower head and double vanity are added niceties. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet as well as a designated home office area, while the third bedroom boasts a full size bed, two closets and is directly across the hall from the spacious second bathroom.
Enjoy the privacy of your own back yard complete with covered patio, grill, outdoor dining and lounge areas.
As with The Happy Place, The White House is a short walk from downtown Franklin and Jim Warren Park.
It's also a short drive to Leiper's Fork Historic District, Leiper’s Fork Distillery, Southall Farm and Arrington Vineyards.
If you need additional space, our next door neighbor property, The Happy Place, has extra room (sleeps 3-4) for a separate family or friends traveling together.
